Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are required to cover the shipping costs when sending products back for a refund or exchange, after obtaining an authorization. Make sure to package the items securely to prevent damage during transit.

In what form are refunds issued?

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow for processing time once we receive your returned items.

What fees are associated with returns?

A restocking fee of 30% is applicable to all items returned. This fee is deducted from the refund total to cover processing and handling.
